Letisha Smith is a proud veteran, photographer, and creative storyteller originally born and raised in St. Augustine, Florida. Her photography journey began during a deeply personal chapter of her life, when she was fostering children and thoughtfully creating life books to preserve their memories and milestones. Through this process, she discovered the power of photography as more than an image—it became a way to honor identity, preserve connection, and tell meaningful stories.

After retiring from the military, Letisha found herself reflecting on the moments she had missed while serving and felt called to capture life with intention and presence. What began as documenting her own family’s everyday memories soon evolved into a heartfelt passion for photographing others and preserving the moments that matter most to them. Her work is rooted in authenticity, emotion, and connection, with a focus on celebrating love, resilience, and legacy.
